Embracing Adventure "It is only in adventure that some people succeed in knowing themselves, in finding themselves." ~~~Andre Gide

8 Thoughts on “For Elsewhere in Europe

  1. I like the list of places you plan to visit. Sounds like a nice adventure for exporation and fun!

  2. What an extensive list! I haven’t been to most of those. It would be nice to see how many you get to check off before you leave!

    • Probably not very many, unfortunately. We haven’t gone anywhere in the last about half a year and only have two years left, and most of one of the years I’ll be doing a practicum/internship and probably won’t be able to travel much. I know however many I see is still likely to be more than I would have seen back in the States though, so I just try to look at the bright side on that. I knew a girl in Florida who seemed to *always* find deals on traveling overseas though even on the salary we made there (mostly in off-seasons I think), so I am hopefully that I will be able to find a way to continue traveling regardless where we live. (And of course there is still plenty to see Stateside that I have never seen. I have a wishlist for America started; I just haven’t bothered to post it yet since we’re a couple years away from being back there).

  3. Oooh come with me! :D I’m aiming to go back to Paris and Rome in 2016.

I totally loved Amsterdam. It was so cool. And no, I didn’t go to any of the “cafes”. I did get winked at by one of the ladies in the windows in the red light district though!
